WE SPECIALIZE IN OFFERING HOLISTIC SUPPORT FOR EXPECTING MOTHERS THROUGH YOGA, MASSAGE, AND ACUPUNCTURE.

We have a pregnancy dream team of highly trained, experienced practitioners and mothers ready to support you with everything you need beyond the doctor’s office. Once your baby arrives, bring them to practice with you in a community of like-minded parents.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is for all students, including beginners, from conception until the day you deliver.  Classes are taught by specially trained teachers and designed to deepen your awareness of pregnancy and prepare you physically and emotionally for birth.

Postnatal Yoga

In these baby-friendly classes, we bond with the baby and practice postures that help restore alignment and tone, and provide relief from lifting, carrying, and nursing. This class is ideal after your six week check-up. For babies newborn to pre-crawling. All parents welcome!

Pregnancy Massage

Massage can ease the physical discomfort that may accompany pregnancy. We use a soft body pillow to support you in a comfortable side-lying position. Our specially-trained therapists concentrate on the areas of your body that need extra attention.  Please note: First trimester massage will always be gentle.

We have experienced pregnancy massage therapists available 7 days a week.

Acupuncture

Jamie Goodman, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, is available to assist you with preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. The Chinese medicine treatment program is very successful in helping parents achieve healthy conception, decrease miscarriage, reduce nausea, fatigue, and anxiety during pregnancy, turn breech babies, prepare for and encourage labor, and aid postpartum recovery.

Yoga & Massage for Labor Workshop

Deepen your birth preparation through massage, yoga, breath, and relaxation practices with birth specialists Kari & Craig Marble. This workshop provides you and your birth partner with an invaluable array of tools to support labor and birth. Workshop is ideal for 30 – 37 weeks of pregnancy.

CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION WEEKEND

Join Lydia Waggoner in a semi-private group to discuss and explore the physiology of pregnancy, labor and birth; pain coping techniques; medical interventions and alternatives; how to collaborate with your birth provider; how partners can support; satisfaction of the birth experience.  Workshop is for any stage of pregnancy.  The earlier the better for integration.
